Service Description
LekkaStream provides internet-based television streaming services and related reseller support. LekkaStream acts as a technology platform and internet television service provider. We do not claim to be an official broadcaster, sports league, channel owner or third-party brand partner.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Subscription, Trials And Refunds
Trials are for genuine evaluation. Paid subscriptions, renewals and refunds are handled according to the pricing page and our Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
- Do not share credentials with unauthorised users.
- Do not resell, redistribute or sublicense access without written reseller approval.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing or unauthorised redistribution purposes.
- Do not request, access, advertise, redistribute or resell content where you do not have the lawful right to do so.
- Do not bypass, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.
Content And Intellectual Property
Content, broadcaster names, league names, channel names, team names and brand names may be protected by copyright, trademark, broadcast and intellectual property laws. You are responsible for using the service lawfully in your location and only with content you are entitled to access. We may update wording, remove references, disable disputed material, suspend access or terminate accounts when we receive credible rights, trademark, unauthorised redistribution or misuse reports.
No Affiliation
LekkaStream is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DStv, MultiChoice, SuperSport, kykNET, eNCA, SABC, the Premier League, World Rugby, Cricket South Africa or other third-party rights owners.
Reseller Rules
Reseller access is separate from normal IPTV subscriptions. Resellers must not make false official-affiliation claims, misrepresent third-party rights, sell unlawfully, or use hidden or misleading advertising practices.
Rights Requests
Rights holders can contact us through the Rights & Takedown Policy. We review credible concerns in good faith.
Limitation Of Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LekkaStream is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
