LekkaStream
Rights Contact

Rights & Takedown Policy

LekkaStream reviews copyright, trademark, channel-name, brand-name and affiliation concerns in good faith. This page gives rights holders and authorised representatives a clear way to contact us and request a correction, removal or clarification.

Send rights or trademark notices to support@lekkastream.com. Please include enough detail for us to verify and act on the request quickly.

What We Review

What To Include In A Notice

  • Your full name, organisation, role and contact email.
  • The right, trademark, brand, content or work you believe is affected.
  • The exact URL on lekkastream.com where the concern appears.
  • A short explanation of why the wording, reference or material is incorrect or unauthorised.
  • A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for the rights holder.
  • Your preferred remedy: correction, clarification, removal, or another reasonable action.

Good-Faith Action

When we receive a credible notice, we review it and may update wording, remove references, add clarification, disable access to disputed material, or request more information. We aim to respond promptly and avoid wording that could confuse users about affiliation, sponsorship, official broadcaster status or rights ownership.

No Hidden SEO Or Cloaking

LekkaStream does not use hidden text, cloaking or invisible keyword stuffing to target third-party names. Third-party names, when used, should be visible to users and used only for descriptive comparison, viewer-interest or compatibility context.

Repeat Abuse And Misuse

LekkaStream may suspend or terminate users, reseller access or account activity connected to unlawful use, rights abuse, unauthorised redistribution, credential sharing, fraud, repeated policy violations or attempts to misuse the service.

Important Note

This policy is a public rights-contact process and does not replace legal advice. If LekkaStream needs a registered statutory agent or additional jurisdiction-specific process, we may update this page and our internal procedure accordingly.
